➡Ascend Keyboards is under no obligation to fulfill any order cancellations.
➡If the wrong item was ordered, Ascend Keyboards can modify the order to include the desired product(s). The customer will be charged (or refunded) accordingly to reflect the updated order.
➡Orders can be canceled under the circumstances that the item has not been ordered from our warehouses. Under most circumstances, staff members will offer alternatives to try and solve your issue at a discounted price but that may vary per case.
Due to global supply chains being affected, we aren't able to provide a guarantee for shipment time. With our small team, it can be expected to have delays with your item. If you are in a hurry we suggest you find alternatives, until we can build enough inventory.
➡ Keyboard and lube service orders tend to be fulfilled around 30 business days. Due to an increased demand on our assembly and lube queues.
➡ Keycap and accessory orders tend to be fulfilled around 4 days shipping directly from our overseas warehouse.
Note: All given dates are under normal circumstances. Delays may occur. COVID 19 may cause delays on orders.
To be eligible for a return, the customer must file for a return within 7 days of receiving their order. If the product is damage in shipping Ascend Keyboards will help arrange suitable ways to get the product back to original condition (could involve sending it back free of charge)
➡Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted, this is to avoid giving time for someone to tamper with the product for a refund.
➡To be eligible for a full refund of the item, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. If the returned item is not as described, then only a partial refund will be given.
➡Returns due to the customer changing their mind, or customer disliking the product (whether it be feel, looks, etc.) will not be accepted.
➡When requesting a return, the user must provide ample evidence of the item's flaws for our team to determine the cause of the issue and if the item has been tampered with.
Ascend Keyboards offers a 14-day warranty on all of its products. Products damaged due to user error are not covered by Ascend Keyboards' warranty.
➡Though in most cases by contacting staff on our discord we would be more than happy to arrange suitable aftercare on all our items, our limited-time warranty is just a guarantee.
