We employ a limit of 180 switches per order, simply to ensure consistency and ensure we can deliver them as soon as possible. By default, the minimum order quantity for our custom lube service is 35 switches.

If you need more lubed and filmed switches than the maximum amount, please get in touch.

We aim to order, lube/film and deliver your switches within 14 days. However, this may change depending on how long it takes to order in specific switches.

If there are additional delays or wait times predicted, we will let you know before the order is processed.

Yes, we ship to most destinations in North America and Europe as well as select countries in Asia and Oceania. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

For orders outside of the UK, it is your responsibility to pay any necessary import duties or fees.

We are a UK based company with our biggest market being domestic, however, we also frequently retail goods to customers in Europe and North America.

Our team consists of people from across the world, but all our keyboard building and assembly happens here in the UK.
