For our stocked items, it can typically take up to 5-7 days within the UK and 6-14 internationally, however we ship orders as soon as we can in all cases and will inform you of delays.

We are quite flexible with our cancellation policy, and we will always seek to resolve any problems by offering alternatives and replacements primarily.

However, orders that include custom/bespoke products (specified in descriptions) cannot typically be cancelled after purchase beyond the statutory period.

Yes, we ship to most destinations in North America and Europe as well as select countries in Asia and Oceania. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

We are a UK based company with our biggest market being domestic, however, we also frequently retail goods to customers in Europe and North America.
