How long does it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are and what you order.

For our bespoke (made to order) or custom products there can be a significant lead time involved - please check before purchase. For our stocked items, it can typically take up to 5-7 days within the UK and 6-14 internationally, however we ship orders as soon as we can in all cases and will inform you of delays.

Whats your cancellation policy?

We are quite flexible with our cancellation policy, and we will always seek to resolve any problems by offering alternatives and replacements primarily.

However, orders that include custom/bespoke products (specified in descriptions) cannot typically be cancelled after purchase beyond the statutory period.

You are usually able to cancel orders of stocked items unless they have already been shipped by getting in touch with out support teams.

Do we ship internationally and are there import fees?

Yes, we ship to most destinations in North America and Europe as well as select countries in Asia and Oceania. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

For orders outside of the UK, it is your responsibility to pay any necessary import duties or fees.

Where is Ascend Keyboards based?

We are a UK based company with our biggest market being domestic, however, we also frequently retail goods to customers in Europe and North America.

Our team consists of people from across the world, but all our keyboard building and assembly happens here in the UK.
