We aim to build our pre-configured custom keyboards within 7-14 days depending on the speed of delivery of components (if necessary)
Shipping beyond that depends on order location. Domestic UK deliveries will take 1-2 days whereas international deliveries may take up to 10 days depending on the distance to the destination country.

Are these keyboards available internationally?
Yes, we ship to most destinations in North America and Europe as well as select countries in Asia and Oceania. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.
For orders outside of the UK, it is your responsibility to pay any necessary import duties or fees.
How long do these take to arrive?
Unlike configurated keyboards, this is not something you wait months for. Infact, in some circumstances, our bundles are shipped quicker than our custom builds through the configurator as parts and accessories are ordered in advance.
The exact fulfilment date/shipping estimation date is available on the product page which can be viewed before purchase. Typically, it will provide a periodic window, and usually these bundles take no longer than a month.
Whats your cancellation policy?
Have peace of mind with our flexible cancellation policy on our custom pre-builds. Unlike our configurated keyboard products, If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, you can cancel your order hassle-free.
However, due to the changing nature of the limited time pre-builds, returns can only be accepted if the items are damaged or faulty, in which case replacements or compensation will be provided.
