Ascend Keyboards is based in the United Kingdom
➡Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do! The last time we checked we ship to all countries but do check with your local services.
➡What postal service do you use to ship?
For most standard shipping we use Royal Mail ‣ National Postal Service, for some EU /US countries we do use UPS for high value items.
➡What are the shipping times like?
We use shipping services that aim to deliver your item to your doorstep in a weeks time. UK domestic shipping will arrive in 1-3 days.
➡Why a custom keyboard instead of a pre-built?
Custom keyboards allow a more versatile range of options compares to your traditional prebuilt keyboard. Lubed switches and tuning of the board allow for a better feel and audio feedback from your keyboard leading to a more pleasant typing experience. (Many have said that they rather type without headphones!)
➡Why the high price?
Our keyboards take a long time to modify as we have to take apart each switch and stabiliser to apply lube to the item. This eliminates pesky keyboard rattle and creates the thock that everyone desires! It also takes time to tune the board to make it sound perfect!
➡Do your keyboards come with keycaps?
The only keyboards we sell with keycaps are the Ascend GK61 Rebrand. For all other keyboards as we found that most tend to buy keycaps anyways thus we can lower the price of the item and let you save some money!
