No order cancellations will be accepted after the statutory amount of 14 days after the order has been placed unless exceptional circumstances permit. If the wrong item was ordered, Ascend Keyboards can modify the order to include the desired product(s). The customer will be charged (or refunded) accordingly to reflect the updated order.
To be eligible for a return, the customer must file for a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted. To be eligible for a full refund of the item, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. If the returned item is not as described, then only a partial refund will be given. Returns due to the customer changing their mind, or customer disliking the product (whether it be feel, looks, etc.) will not be accepted.
Ascend Keyboards offers full warranty on all of its products. Products damaged due to user error are not covered by Ascend Keyboards' warranty.
Keyboard and switch orders are usually fulfilled within 60 days domestically or 90 days internationally. Deskpads, cables and keycaps are usually within 15 days including delivery. All other orders are typically fulfilled within 45 days, although more often than not, they are fulfilled much sooner.
Note: All given dates are under normal circumstances. Delays are currently in place across all orders because of global supply chain problems. These terms are agreed upon placing an order with us.
