No order cancellations are allowed. If the wrong item was ordered, Ascend Keyboards can modify the order to include the desired product(s). The customer will be charged (or refunded) accordingly to reflect the updated order.
To be eligible for a return, the customer must file for a return within 7 days of receiving their order. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted. To be eligible for a full refund of the item, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. If the returned item is not as described, then only a partial refund will be given. Returns due to the customer changing their mind, or customer disliking the product (whether it be feel, looks, etc.) will not be accepted.
Ascend Keyboards offers a limited 14-day warranty on all of its products. Products damaged due to user error are not covered by Ascend Keyboards' warranty.
Keyboard orders are fulfilled within 30 days. All other orders are fulfilled within 45 days, although more often than not, they are fulfilled much sooner.
Note: All given dates are under normal circumstances. Delays may occur. COVID 19 may cause delays on orders.
